You may return or exchange any item(s) purchased from spa-riviera.com, with the exception of gift cards, within thirty (30) days of the date you received your order. For returns, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) in the original form of payment.

Postage for items returned to us for refund or exchange is the customer's responsibility.

To request a refund or replacement please email us at info@spa-riviera.com and include the following information:  full name, order number, item description and quantity and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

 

Once your email has been received, a refund will be issued within 10 days, and an email confirmation will be sent. After we process your return, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution. Replacement(s) will arrive within 3-4 business days.

You may also return products in person within 30 days. A copy of your email order confirmation or the packing list from the shipment is required as proof of purchase for an in-store refund.
